Toni Diede, RN BSN PHN

Toni is the original owner and founder of NextStep Homecare, Inc. Toni has over 20 years nursing experience including home care, clinic, and hospital care. Toni graduated with her LPN degree from Alexandria Technical college in 1999. She then worked as an LPN within clinics, homecare and hospital settings. She then went on to receive her Associate’s Degree RN from Minnesota State Community and Technical College of Fergus Falls in 2006. She then completed her Bachelor’s of Science RN Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Toni has always had a passion for homecare and caring for complex care pediatrics. Toni lives with her husband, Brian, and their three adopted children. Toni loves going camping and spending outdoor time with her family. She uses her vast knowledge of nursing and homecare to help families who need it most.
